"The location was amazing. Walking distance to covered arcades with loads of restaurants. Walking distance to train and bus. Parking next door will give you a heart attack with how narrow the alleys are and if you haven’t reverse parked over floor security flaps before. Working out how to pay for the different parking lots is also a headache if you aren’t patient. Credit card seems to work better than bills. The hotel staff are lovely. The 24/7 laundry was useful and only 300¥ for the entire stay. We booked the private onsen one evening which was really nice. The public onsen rotates between M/F on two different floors so that you get to sample both onsens. Yukata are provided. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash are provided in the room and onsen. Hairdryers are available at the front desk. The rooms are tatami flooring. Our mattresses/futon were not the most comfortable, but we got used to it. There’s also a mini fridge. Our room had a slightly sour smell which we attributed to the onsen we were above, but most likely a little due to age. Our room had a separate small toilet with the usual tech savvy setup. We also had a separate shower room with a very powerful water pressure. There is a large a famous onsen a minutes walk from this hotel. It has sand baths etc and you can wear your Yukata there. We would definitely return to this hotel as it is great value for money and the staff is extremely responsive. Lawson and 7-11 are on every corner for whatever supplies you might need."

"This place was really nice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but it gives it a cool vibe. Huge parking garage right next to hotel. The girl who helped me when my room key didn't work was really nice, and she helped me get a new room very quickly."
