"飯店距金鱗湖很近，房間有一點歷史，不過維持的還不錯！缺點就是飯店沒有提供接駁，check out當天遇到下雨天，還好飯店協助叫計程車。"

"房間就可以看到整片大海，有獨立的湯屋可以邊泡澡邊看海，大浴場也是面對整片別府灣，景色100分！晚餐中規中矩反而是早餐的buffet菜色豐富選擇性多，如果是自駕開到飯店門口還會幫忙泊車，迎賓飲料也很有誠意有酒類可以選擇，服務人員都很親切渡過愉快的一晚。"

"Great art piece as a hotel and a art gallery. I had the onsen room with balcony. It was spacious and view was amazing. Definitely coming back in winter. But one suggestion to the hotel is the onsen is truly hot and there is only one small bucket. It was summer and it took one hour to adjust the water to a bearable temperature. It would be amazing if they do have a hose so I can speed up the cooling. I would have use the onsen once more in the very nice morning. overall highly recommend and great."

"住宿环境不错，前台在二楼，办理入住用机器。 泡澡的地方也很好，男女澡堂还会轮换地方，很特别，离车站很近，周围吃的也很多，不错的入住体验，价格个人感觉偏贵一点。"
