“Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The homes were clean and stocked with what you need. Beds were relaxing. Sleeping upstairs is……

“Nice view of the lake. Easy parking. Staff were nice and the room was good. The bathtub wasn't pristine by any stretch. The property needs an update badly, but I understand that's costly. It was a solid stay for a driving trip in upstate NY on a holiday weekend.”

“No one was at the desk to check in hottub didn’t work rooms were dirty the tub had to be run 3 times just to use it said we got an upgraded room that we were not informed about and because they were overbooked and had to give us a better room they took away the tv because we were “last minute reservation” and didn’t pay for it when it was included in the original pricing even though we booked a week in advance. They were supposed to give us a refund because we left within the first 4 hours of……
