"Great place in the middle of the Institute."

"Loved the location, views and the people."

"Very close to beach and hot dog stand and two bars across the street"

"We had a wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom 1 bath condo over the 4th of July weekend! It was clean, open with lots of light and easy access! Having a full size washer and dryer was a bonus. The porch overlooking the lake was perfect!"

"My sister and l absolutely love this location and this condo. This was our second time staying here. The condo is immaculate. It's so easy to access, too. Nearby Mayville has lots of quaint restaurants. Unfortunately, our timing wasn't the best..the weather was cool and stormy most of our days there. But, we had a great time anyway!"

"Everything was great!"

"This is a beautiful home in an incredible location! The unit is comfortable, wonderfully historic, and has absolutely everything you could need on your vacation. The host is a kind soul who goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. She was very welcoming to our dog, which means the world to us. We certainly hope to return!"

"amazing, beautiful place w convenient location "

"Very clean condo located in the heart of beautiful Bemus Point! The condo is walking distrance to everything Bemus has to offer including restaurants, boating, golf and much more. Located on the first floor so you walk out the patio right to the pool and our kids spent a lot of time in there as it was so hot. Very spacious as well, we are a family of 5 and had plenty of room and it came with a garage so we had two offstreet parking spots. Very happy with our stay overall."

"Initially, waiting for more specific information. Once I got a response, it was very thorough. Also very quick response with wifi password.Great location, clean and easily accessible, large laundry facility. Nice outdoor patio with unit. Kitchen: stocked with necessary cutlery, dishes, pots and pans etc. "

"Our first (and certainly not last) visit to Chautauqua could not have been more pleasant, in large part to this great property and the helpful owner. A vast array of things to see and do are a short drive away. However, "doing nothing" just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the lakeside view was another appreciated option. Best VRBO experience ever!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and the pool was awesome! Very clean and was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week away! We would definitely stay again! "

"We have visited Chautauqua many times iand this house met all of our needs. It was nice to have on-site parking and a fully stocked kitchen. The place was clean and met our expectations. The indoor spaces are very spacious and there's a nice porch to sit on with plenty of porch furniture for guests."
