“They graciously accommodated by dog and we were able to stay in the barn. Super spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, made to order :) The staff were awesome!! I had a small medical emergency, and they were extremely supportive. Above and beyond :) Definitely coming again and bringing my family. ”

“We arrived after a long drive and there was no hot water. They rented the hotel to a group that had a party till 2:30 in the morning and then partied in the rooms after that. (The website for the group said it was a hotel takeover). We called down twice to have the music turned down. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. ”

“This hotel is a great place to stay, decorated with mining memorabilia, which is a nice nod to the region. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. My negative comments are that the towels are not soft and fluffy, they feel like rags (sorry!). The situation with the TV is lame too. The only way you can watch TV is by logging in with your own subscriptions, there is no local cable or TV offered. The hotel was pretty dead when we were there, not sure how much……

“We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.”
