"My room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend adding a black out curtain because shear curtain let in a lot of outside lights from parking lot at night."

"Staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and spa, although towels were not always timely replenished. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired- we had a stained bath mat, crumbs on the desktop, and chocolate candy wrappers on the ground next to the bed. However, the room was quiet and we were comfortable otherwise. There is an overwhelming smell of musky perfume when you first enter the Lodge, which is unpleasant. Parking was very easy and convenient and the location allowed us to walk to multiple places to eat and shop. Overall, the experience was average but I’m not sure we would stay there again. "

"Worse customer service. Didn’t help me when I was stranded with no where else to go not even help with a refund. Acted like they didn’t care. Never got a refund and was stranded. Never going back again. "
