“My family had a long visit to Chicago and this apartment was perfect! It looks just as it appears in pictures. Very comfortable! We hope to stay here again!”

“Property was in a good area, less than 15 min to our destination. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Mark communication was veey good as well. ”

“Comfortable accommodations with separate bedrooms for 5 traveling friends. Although the apartment can accommodate 8, there were only dishes for 6, so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Very clean. Frustrating WIFI: none in parking garage nor lobby. Had to go outside of the building to access info about check in. ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rogers Park! Place was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Host was in close communication. Off-street parking appreciated. Location across the street from grocery store and easy access to Chicago and Evanston. Highly recommend!”

The location in Evanston was close to our event venue in Chicago plus near downtown Evanston as well. It was also great to walk to Lake Michigan and nearby restaurants. “Visiting a Loyola student. The first floor apartment was gorgeous. Well appointed. Immaculate. Lilian was very responsive to any inquiries. ”

“Clean, quiet, tastefully decorated. Beautiful arts and crafts throughout the spacious apartment. We had made an error in booking - scheduled ourselves to leave a day early. But Lilian made it work! We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was our second stay at this property. We were just as impressed this time as we were the first time. Detailed instructions for entry and checkout process are provided in advance and clear information for WiFi and house rules were appreciated. Apartment is super clean and easy to find in a pretty area. We parked in the provided parking spot behind the building and then used Lyft/Uber to go into the city. Owner is quick to respond with any questions. Thank you!”

“We stayed here during a relocation across the country. It was great tonhave space for our cats to decompress from our long drive(s). Close to great food, and easy access to the highway. If there was someone in the other half of the duplex we necer heard them. Would definitely stay here again!”
