“The boss Leonardo is very kind, he even gave me his whatsapp and had a quick response when I need something. The location is good very near to Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone, and the room is clean. The public car park is close. In general I'm satisfied considering the price. ”

“It’s a very unpleasant experience. I made reservation of an apartment with two bedrooms. A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. And charged me two bedroom apartment price. I felt cheated!!! ”

“My family was extremely happy with our stay. The hotel and room exceeded our expectations. The concierge (all of them) spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was terrific as we could walk to all our destinations easily. The room was roomy and of high quality. They did important things like arrange a van to take us to the airport early on our departure day. to little things like having waters and cookies as we arrived. We would absolutely stay here……
