"Having an indoor heated pool was fabulous while traveling with our 3 kids and the pool area was a nice size with few small tables and lounge chairs. The room was a great size for our family (2 adults and 3 kids, 21, 17 & 14 yr old). We had a a full size fridge which was wonderful. I will say the AC unit was confusing with the room temp but it was ok in the end. As far as the front desk staff- there is a gentleman mid day to night shift that was excellent the night shift had a nice lady but we were not “thrilled” at all with one particular desk staff. Her attitude was ver negative, demeanor horrible, when I asked a simple question I received a rude “duh” type of response and when I inquired about housekeeping the response tone in return was definitely not welcoming at all! The breakfast that was included was pretty great for being included everyday. I would bring my family back and stay again if I needed to. "

"I had to spend two nights at this locations for the proximity to a hospital where my husband was staying. The staff was wonderful and the facilities were great. i did not use business facilities or the pool. I was very comfortable in my room."

"The room was clean, the Staff go above and beyond, Wi-Fi is great. They don't serve breakfast here but they always have coffee available and that is amazing."

"The room was dirty and I asked the front desk to bring the cleaning ladies to our room and they proceeded to tell me the “cleaning ladies aren’t here” and the only option is to switch rooms. Meanwhile literally right before I came to ask the front desk the cleaning ladies were two rooms down from us. I told the front desk that’s not true I just saw them. Then they retracted what they said and said oh yea they must have just started. I said ok…? So can you ask them? And they said no. The only option is to switch rooms. This is extremely frustrating. Plus as a mom with an infant with me it’s difficult to switch rooms and I explained this and they still told me that was the only option. Would not recommend this place just because of the staff and the room not being cleaned. "

"The pictures of the hotel on this website must be about 10-15 years old. The hotel is extremely run down. The room we got had 3 metal bakers rack in it for furniture with a microwave sitting on one and a mini fridge on the floor. The sliding door was open, broken, and the replacement hook to jimmy rig it shut was also broken. The beds looked almost completely on the ground. We refused to stay for our safety. The hallway area smelled strongly of cigarettes and there were cigarettes on the floor. The hallway carpets were ripped and half the hotel, when we drove around the building when leaving, was boarded up. The clerk was prompt to refund us thankfully he must experience this a lot. But I strongly believe this hotel should not be on this site as it is not a safe location. The diner is long closed and even Google Maps lists the location as closed permanently."
