“Before we arrived they tried to downgrade us several times. They would not take no for an answer and were very rude. When we did arrive they were no better at check in. There was no bottled water in the room. No kettle or tea making facilities. No welcome amenities. WiFi does not work. For the car parking you have to enter a code to access. But they change the code every few hours and don’t tell you. So every time you return you have to leave your car at the front then walk to reception……

But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. “The staff were friendly and welcoming . The rooms were clean. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and we had to keep going to the front desk for small bottles . The beds were comfortable and our family of four had plenty of room to sleep. The pull out bed had a great mattress which made for a good sleep. There is a great French bakery close by. Not too many others within walking distance . We did not enjoy the in house breakfast . We had to wait in a long line, and then we sat……
