Resort was great for our quick getaway trip. Shout out to Enrique for helping us through Expedia when we needed. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

This was the best resort experience I’ve had thus far even better than sandals which is twice the price. Every employee was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcomed. The food is hands down the best food I’ve had at any vacation establishment whether it be a resort or cruise.Of course nothing is perfect so I won’t act like it is but the only thing I can negatively say about this property is the hassle of dealing with the staff trying to sell excursions and activities during check in which is annoying when you haven’t even gotten settled in yet so for that I will grade this property a 9.5 out of 10 you will love it here.
