Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!

I absolutely love Casa Doura! ❤️ Every time I visit, I choose to stay here. It’s such a beautiful and welcoming place, and I always have a wonderful experience. It truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our second time staying there but this time was unpleasant stay. When we first got to our room the door wouldn’t close since the door frame was broken, toilet handle to flush was broken, our fridge was dripping water. Had to wait in the room until they fixed it which caused us to miss some of our scheduled events. Then we had no water in three different times, could not shower or use the toilet. Water went off while already showering which caused me to slip and fall, had to have stitches in my elbow. After this could no longer enjoy any activities, and pay for medical expenses. When they were informed of all these inconveniences, they didn’t want to cover any of my medical expenses. Unsure if will stay here again, their lobby and food area very beautiful but their rooms need to be upgraded and kept up. We had a large group and everyone complaining about issues with their rooms. Really disappointed and will no longer recommend anyone to stay here. On the positive side Our cart guy #38 was excellent, always very helpful & informative, with great customer service.
