“大廳正在整修但訂房前未告知，房間裡的冰箱整個都冰滿洲際酒店要賣顧客的飲料，只留一瓶易開罐飲料的空間讓顧客使用，沒有提供網路，連最基本的慢速網路都沒有。”

“Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.”

It has a beautiful environment and is very suitable for walking in the morning and evening. room service is also very good and the daily housekeeping service is very timely. Although there is no coffee machine in the room, the coffee service provided by the professional coffee shop from 6:30 in the morning allows us to taste higher quality coffee, which is great !”

“服務貼心, 健身房設備完善, 位置方便 房間整潔有待加強, 入住時浴室備品只有浴帽, 其他的都是有盒子但是裡面並無用品 沐浴乳也明顯有人使用過, 只剩下一半 馬桶旁有用過的衛生紙沒有打掃”
