"The website and app both stated that the room door code would be posted there and would be active upon check-in time. I waited until 6pm and still received no code. I had to call the customer service number provided and they were able to provide me with the door code. The WiFi and password are also supposed to be listed in your account on the website or app, but that never appear either. The room and space were very clean and well put together. Having a full kitchen in this space was pretty awesome (although we didn't particularly need it for our short trip). Although kitchen items were provided, it was pretty limited compared to other similar places I've stayed. A family for a week will probably have to wash dishes every night or after each use, so they don't run out of dishware. There were plenty of towels, which was also awesome. However, the linen was lacking. There were only 2 pillows on the bed: a soft one and a semi-firm one. There are no additional linens/pillows hiding anywhere. My husband wanted to lie on the sofa bed, but the velvety fabric felt like it was sticking to him, so he ended up lying on top of a towel (instead of an extra bed sheet). Considering we were in town for a short trip for a wedding, the cost was pretty good. If you basically need a place to stay and store your things, this location is perfect. I'm pretty sure there's beach access down the road, but we didn't get a chance to check it out. Close proximity to stores for necessities."

"The place hasn’t been updated since 2010 and I should know I’ve been going yearly since 2005. Old sound crackling TVs, old uncomfortable sheets and mattress. Nice pools and nice view if you are in a bayside room. Great location. Probably would still stay elsewhere."

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and all take the time to do a little more than they have to, to accommodate and provide extra happiness to every interaction. The gym is great. The market has tons of variety which adds convenience.I will stay here every time. "
