“We needed one night lodging en route to RMNP and this location was very convenient. Hotel size room sufficient for two adults. King size bed was very comfortable and toiletries teas coffee were available. A patio door allows direct access to outdoor setting area overlooking small water feature with fountain. Check in main lobby at center of the large complex on north side of building …we drove all the way around the parking lot before locating front desk to check in. ”

“Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. We contacted Expedia and then they said the Nest is not willing to refund. What a home! What a rip off. I’ll……
