"They advertised a pool that doesn’t exist despite it being in the photos. Do not book this place if you’re expecting a pool. They admitted fault and said they’d give us a $50 refund, but not a full refund - despite there being nowhere else to stay at short notice, and others having complained about this for over a year. We were traveling very late and found this hotel on Expedia. Called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving later and Katie was so sweet! She put us at ease that we would be able to check in later with no problems. Front desk clerk got us checked in quickly and was very kind. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were monitoring area to clean and refill food as it was taken.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay near Syracuse, this is place is a very good choice! The house is beautiful and sweet like home, and the breakfast is pretty delicious. There are some good restaurants nearby too, so don't need to worry about where to have dinners.
The only thing is that they really need to fix the front door of the room I stay (first floor). I couldn't open it from inside at first, then I couldn't lock it from outside. Something must be wrong with the electric...

We were a little skeptical when we first checked in because there were a lot of kids running around back and forth to the pool, but after the pool closed it was nice and quiet. Ashley at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice. Clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Would recommend for a short stay
