“We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My friend and I chose Xenia because it is a hub for five cycling trails. Tandem trails fit our needs perfectly! We arrived about 50 minutes before check-in hoping to get a ride in before dark. Renee the owner was extremely accommodating. The little bungalow had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The neighbors were very friendly and Renee gave us several recommendations for dinner. We will definitely be back.”

“The cottage was nice with a comfortable bed. The view of the river was beautiful! The location is very close to downtown but it was not really safe to walk as there is no sidewalk and the road is quite busy. Overall it was a nice stay. ”

“The property is very cute and cozy. There is a stream of water just nestled in the woods. Our kids loved looking at the goats and bunnies. It's a great place for a little retreat.”

“Such a beautiful environment! Secluded and peaceful. Someone else mentioned the driveway. Just be super slow and careful. It isn’t easy to find the turnoff but I messaged beforehand so I figured it out. They added such nice additions like a few local beers in the fridge, coffee and even bubble bath! I did not pay attention to the one bathroom but it ended up working out. Also, if you have an elderly or disabled person the bathroom is up the steep stairs. It is huge for entertaining large crowds……

“We were attending a horse show at WEC but loved getting away to the peace and quiet of the cottage, grilling at night, and walking the dogs. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!”

“Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.”

“This cabin was awesome place set in a wooded area. It gave us and our 2 yorkies plenty of room. There's a screen porch were you can see the lake.Host was great, and provide quick response. ”

“This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. The bed in the bedroom was unsleepable (so soft/divot in the middle/1 thin……
