“The room had no glass and the TVwas not functioning. It took a couple of requests to get service on the TV. There is no daily room service for stays of more than one day. No breakfast of any kind.”

"酒店房间很大，床也很舒服，有停车场，房间还能看到漂亮的雪景。但隔音不太好，隔壁房间的孩子大哭大叫一整晚，如果能改善一下隔音问题会更好。"
