“The AC didn't work; they sent the hotel technician three times, but it stopped working again in the middle of the night. At this point, we were without AC.”

“The main issue was that nobody was available for checking in time of 3 pm. Office was open but dark . There was a bell to ring. I waited 20 min with multiple bell rings with no answer . I called the phone number and got an answering machine . I left and returned 90 min later and still had trouble getting someone to answer the bell. Finally someone arrived and checked me in .”

“This is a lovely place with an old-fashioned style, but very up-to-date service by the thoughtful owners. It doesn't have a microwave in every room, but one is available in a general service area along with vending machines. I would like to have had a single straight chair to sit on while working and snacking, but the big lounge chairs are comfortable. It's great to be able to sit ouside in the little open, yet private porch. Milford is an interesting and very busy town and I liked being a……

“I travel a lot for work and have for years. I am used to the highs and lows and everything in between. This was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. We only found ourselves here because plans changed last minute and everything else was booked. Because I travel a lot, I knew what to expect. Very basic. That would be an understatement. Very little care has gone into maintaining the property . The towels are physically painful to use, thin, tiny. The linens show little care.……

“Small room, bur was updated, laid iut nicely. ( just like the pictures) our shower stall coyld be touched up, but no complaints. Nice hotel. Be aware this is an old property but taken care of”
