Super kind staff, clean, great breakfast, perfect location

I loved the view from our room. It was gorgeous. The food was good, staff were so friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and there are several things to see and do. I didn’t want to leave!

The rooms need more lighting. They are very dark and moody which is great for aesthetic but not very functional.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of everything, however the room itself was much smaller and not as shown in the photos… Still a decent sized room but don’t expect it to match photo. Additionally; there was a musty/mildew smell each day which when discussed, they quickly offered to bring in an ozone machine. While it fixed the smell, appears to be a common issue. Breakfast was great with a nice spread and plenty of options. For the price we paid which may have been been peak pricing in early October, not sure we would stay again due to room size/smells.

Rooms were marvelous, and very spacious. I would like to return during winter season for the direct access to the lifts/slopes.
