“退房时间未到，清洁员多次催促，打扰人休息！”

“The property was average, staff were helpful, but not proactive (room only serviced with fresh towels and trash emptied after our request when we returned to the room mid-afternoon on the 3rd day)! There were no towel racks in the bathroom, which we found odd and extremely usual?!. Perhaps the only plus during this stay was that the bed was comfortable, which is the only reason we gave our stay an average rating.”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and always saying hello when you walked past. The breakfast staff were very polite and had all the hot food refilled quickly. The rooms were clean.”

Probably the first time I ever checked into a hotel room and it didn't have that hotel smell, but the stay was awesome and the pool was awesome and the breakfast was really good.
