“Easily the worst Thompson I’ve stayed at. Staff was lovely and tried their best, but it’s understaffed to a level I’ve never seen. You can’t get a drink late at night, the only television is at the rooftop bar which only serves bar food (phenomenal smoked wings, but the worst lobster roll I’ve ever had). Breakfast restaurant has good food but nobody to deliver room service so it shows up cold. Never saw more than one person at the check-in desk. Hyatt should just sell this property and start……
