"Staff was excellent, room was clean and had good amenities. We had 1 broken elevator and the other to the west tower was very dirty. All in all i would stay again"

"Have stayed here many times over the years and the building is still undergoing renovations even under new ownership. The pool area is very dark and poorly lit and the hot tub has no apparent working filtration system as the water is hot but the jets and bubbles do not work as well as having only one small light in the dark corner area. The pool bathroom is out of order. The hallway floors are need of vaccuuming and cleaning. As for our room unfortunately it is very poorly lit and we had to use the window as a source of light. The lamps had burnt out lightbulbs and the bathroom light/fan fixture did not work. More seating in the room or a chair other than the desk chair would be ideal. The staff is friendly and helpful and location is good but the building could sure use some TLC."

"The checkin was at the market which was a little confusing but once we figured that out everything else was fabulous. A welcome reception with wine and cheese was delightful. Will stay again! "

"The woman who checked us in was super friendly and great. The woman who was doing the breakfast this morning swore at the kids in our group. Very unprofessional, I wasn’t impressed "
