“Pros:The rooms were immaculate! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes , utensils etc! Nice livingroom area. Cons: it's contactless but thankfully there was someone at the desk. We got our key cards but they didn't work so luckily she could fix them. I never got the email the last night with directions to check out as promised. But we figured it out.”

“You can’t beat the location! This unit is centrally located and close to everything, whether it be Portland or the beaches. The indoor pool and clubhouse were super fun for my kids. The unit itself needed some updates. The main bed was reasonably comfortable but the pullout futon was very uncomfortable. We appreciated that there were lots of extra beach towels for the pool. “Not what we were expecting. One room was listed as having two twin beds, but it was the smallest bedroom and one of the beds was a fold down cot. Both beds were touching one another when they were down and there was no room to walk to the bathroom. The main bedroom at the top of the stairs only had one working outlet. The tv and lamp were unplugged and had zero way of being plugged in because the extension cord ran underneath the bed to the AC. So you could be cool with the AC, or swelter while……

“Communication with host was great from booking to checkout. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. The mattresses on the beds are fantastic. I asked the host the manufacturer because I may buy for myself. Local restaurants were great and it’s a short easy drive to Kennebunkport. Also there is a super market with a full wine, beer and liquor selection within walking distance. Great stay!!”
