"After an adventurous relocation trip from Rhode Island back home to the Austin area, checking into the La Quinta / Hawthorn Suites in Pflugerville was the best welcome we could have asked for. First and foremost, the manager, Angel, provided outstanding customer service—truly above and beyond, and I cannot praise his hospitality enough. The entire team made us feel immediately welcome and cared for. The hotel itself was spotless, the rooms were clean, and the beds/pillows were amazingly comfortable. It’s also the little things that make a difference—like having fully working TV channels (which many hotels struggle with) and a hot, delicious breakfast that was ready on time every morning, clearly prepared with care by the staff. If you are looking for top-tier customer service, clean rooms, and a welcoming environment, this is the place to stay. Thank you to Angel and the wonderful staff for making our move back to Texas so smooth!"
