"The property and our living space was clean but the bathroom was obviously neglected. Fresh towels but used razor in tub, a pill on the floor etc. Front desk and hotel notified. I truly think they just made a mistake and forgot to finish as everything else was fine"

"The hotel was okay. Staff, what little we saw were friendly enough. Room was spacious but no amenities. No microwave. No refrigerator. Need to make sure you ask to have fresh towels and trash emptied. Not alot of options for dining. Need to go to the desk for ice Need to go to desk for toilet paper. Parking was good. I don't think that I would stay there again. Resturant and bar in the hotel were closed."

"Stayed in room with 2 double beds on lake side. Nice view. Love the spacious size, storage, cleanliness & large TV in the room. Bed comfort was just ok for me. Bathroom was ok, not kept up the best (towel holder hung up crooked on the door, toilet tank was lopsided & sink water pressure scares you if you're not expecting it & splatters. Overall, pretty clean though. Love the mirror size, light & defogger. Outlets in room & bathroom are plentiful. Parking is further away, but didnt mind the walk. LOVE that there is an ice cream shop just outside next to the hotel! Have never eaten from the restaurant or been at the bar, but it looks nice. Outside boardwalk & piers are a HUGE plus! Me & my friend stay here every year as this is halfway for both of us & the hotel is in such a convenient location for walking, shopping (outlets short driving distance too), water views & of course ice cream!!"

"When I first called the 1-800 number for Microtel, the person was not very helpful at all. I then booked a room thru Expedia for a much better rate. I did call the MicroTel I had reservations at to confirm my room. The person who answered was very helful and reassuring that I did have a room booked at the Expedia rate. Upon my arrival to the hotel, the staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and efficient. The pool and exercise room looked clean. I don't know if this is everywhere but no maid service. We stayed 2 night and nobody cleaned the room, bathroom or made the bed. Other than that, I would not hesitate to return."

"We like the villa we stayed in! It was clean and a nice relaxing space. However, the house next door was having a very loud party that lasted well into the late evening hours. They were playing loud music and driving some type of loud ATV back and forth for hours, well into the late evening. It made it unenjoyable to sit outside."
