"Thanks to Hotels.com got a good price on the room. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and tidy. The location was close to all things in the Canandaigua area. This day was quiet. We were very happy with our stay."

"Room was kept very clean and done promptly. Staff was very courteous. Parking plentiful. Beautiful lake. One problem was the very loud band on Wednesday night. Because of rain, I assume, they played inside in the bar area. So so so loud enough so that we opted to eat at Nolans rather than be in the hotel restaurant. No one in the bar or dining room could hear. I love rock music but not at that decimal when I am sharing a drink and conversation but more importantly dinner. If you must play inside, adjust the amps. Would have liked to have dinner on the premises."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Penn Yan, New York. The lobby was inviting and had free coffee and juice 24/7. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc… The grounds of the hotel or clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the hot tub would bubble up with huge amounts of foam."

"I reviewed this Microtel yesterday (9/10/26) also. Same goes as before but add that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. No low flow here. What a nice change from most other hotels/motels."

"Easy to find. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great lakeside patio. Nice pool. Hot tub was not working when there. Good breakfast. Very nice rooms with comfortable bed. Highly recommend."
