“The room was very noisy. The people above us were making banging sounds. I called the front desk a little before 10pm. The clerk went to do a hall check and about an hour later it got quiet. At 6am, the noise started up again above us and outside. I recommend asking for 3rd floor away from elevator and pool. Otherwise, it was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional.
