"Hotel paradox is such a fun hotel. The vibe is friendly and I enjoyed my stay as a solo female. Location is great, you can easily walk downtown to shops, restaurants, and coffee in minutes. You can also walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. There are also city bikes on the property to rent. The rooms were modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby is nice to hang out in and uniquely decorated. The pool felt like a vacation resort complete with cabanas, hot tub, pool, food and beverage service, fire pit and games. It is a kid/family and dog friendly hotel. There were literally dogs sitting at the table eating from owners plates and kids all over in the hot tub and pool. If this isn’t your vibe don’t say you weren’t warned. That being said, it usually isn’t my vibe but I actually enjoyed all of it and they do a great job maintaining the cleanliness of everything. Every room is pet friendly and they reached out to me personally to let me know this since I requested a room where there were no pets because of allergies. I still opted to stay there and they did an extra deep cleaning for me and I didn’t have any issues with allergies. All in all I would stay again and recommend. It’s a nice place. "

"The staff member who checked us in early was so kind to my children and wanted us to have a great time. Our room was very nice and bright! The hotel is so close to the warf and lots of food. It made it very easy with kids not having to get in and out of a car. "
