"We have been staying here for over 10 years and is the only place we will stay in NYC. There is a deli next door and in the heart of everything. The staff is exceptional."

"It’s an old hotel. It’s decent, so I can’t expect much. But the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I don’t really eat breakfast because I overslept 😬😬 and I was only sleep for 2 nights. The last night of my stay, I wasn’t in the hotel (was partying all night) until I had to go back to pack and checked out 😅. "

"Location is perfect for easy travel around the city, even with kids; it’s right above grand central station and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel is clean and modern however I had to call every single day for additional towels as they would often only 1 or 2 towels total. Also, although there are multiple elevators, there was always a line and a long wait time. The hotel also doesn’t offer a workspace area but they offer charging you a fee for a private space to use if needed. Restaurant on-sure doesn’t offer kids options but easy walk to many food stands in grand central station. "

"The staff was very friendly. The rooms were cute and clean. And the hotel was very centrally located. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but I personally didn’t mind."
