"When you check into your room, and the person doing the check in describes the room (to you and the guests ahead of you) as "European and cozy".. you know it will be tiny, and it was. I like how they were setting expectations ( I'm assuming) on feedback they received . (way to go marketing department- 😉). Those words (European and cozy) are much nicer than tiny. Check in with friendly and quick. The room, was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was fine. I would never stay here if I was here for an extended period or work as the workspace was most nonexistent. There was a piece of Formica that popped out of the wall (desk), and what I thought was a luggage stand was more like a camping stool you would use as your work chair. Fie working, ergonomics were sub-par. There was no closet so you hung your clothes on the wall in front of the bed. As we were attending a wedding there wasn't a ton of space, but it did suffice for an overnight stay. The two areas that could use improvement, was staff check in with friendly and professional, except when they would talk to one other about other guests that you could overhear. Valet parking is the worst I have ever experienced. Even if it's a third-party, it's still a reflection on the hotel. Look for parking elsewhere. Overall, it was fine for an overnight stay. Its was convenient for the wedding venue, an average stay. "

"If you choose to stay at this hotel, you should absolutely not choose a corner suite. 7 foot ceilings with sprinkler heads in all the wrong places made me feel like I was getting dressed in a box. Severely damaged drywall and wall coverings from previous water damage and poor maintenance and cleaning. Black mold and white privileged attitudes. I would not stay there again, for free. Ownership should invest in local building demolition companies. Sad and pissed off that I payed to sleep in such a dump!"

"I had the most amazing stay at this hotel, everything was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The governors club is a must for any stay. The food options were incredible and everything tasted so good. Lots of options for anybody. The open bar and soda were also great."

"Arrival, parking, and check in were easy. Unfortunately, the room key cards did not work in our assigned room on 4th floor. Back down to lobby to reprogram, back up to room, still did not work. Back down to lobby to reprogram, back up along with hotel employees and key cards to another room. Original room did not work, neither did the second room. I stayed there while employee went back down to try another set of key cards for a third room. That one worked. I'm pretty sure we were put in a smaller room than what we paid for, but I didn't say anything because we had a room. The next morning we are at the pool a few minutes after 9 to swim, pool opens at 9, doors were locked. Several other guests were also waiting to get in. One of them went to front desk and shortly after someone unlocked the door from the inside to access pool area. A few minutes later a lifeguard arrived. "
