“Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. The rest of the breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit other than bananas and oranges would be a plus. ……

“I booked this room for the weekend so that I could be close to Yankee Stadium. It was an 17-20 minute train ride. Train station is a 3-5 minute walk no matter if you turn left or right. I was there for the JayZ concert and drove in from Detroit. Parking lot is quite small (I expect that in NY) but it was free and there were cameras and staff could see my car from the front desk. The day I checked in I accidentally left my second iPhone in the bathroom and it was returned by another guest. The……

“We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The first thing we noticed was the horrible odor in both the hallways and our room. The smell was overwhelming and made the stay very unpleasant. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room was booked for two people, yet we were given only one washcloth and one hand towel. After cleaning, they took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them, leaving us with only one bath towel. When we requested more, it took over an hour. The toilet would not flush……
