"i wish we could tip the kitchen and cleaning sraff through a qr code or someyhing they were absolutely incredible.. problem is i never have cash i feel like most people dont typically carry it anymore "

"Location is great. I would stay here again. The place is steps from all the West Reading hot spots. The property is a little dated. The front desk person was very kind and efficient. We were here to enjoy West Reading and attend a wedding. Nice kitchen and pretty good sized full fridge if you next a reasonable place to stay for an extended stay. "

"The check in was quick and staff were friendly snd efficient. Room clean and ready when we arrived."

"I booked this room for my wife so she could visit her friends across country. The receptionist abused his position and asked for her number. She thought it was for the reservation but he just wanted her number. The sheets had not been cleaned and she had to go ask for another set and the AC clanked all night. Not a great stay. "

"Check in and out were very fast. The room was huge - 2 separate rooms, 1 with couch, refrig, microwave and TV, and the other with desk and bed. Has 2 AC/heaters which was nice. The water in the shower was warm, but not hot, and the closet door was in the process of being repaired (a hole had been repaired but not painted - no big deal). Breakfast looked like standard fare (I did not eat any of it). Room was very clean. I would stay again if the water were hot, not just warm. "

"The suites in the hotel are not as big as they seem. If you are larger person you will not fit in the shower, most of the shower control nozzles are not attached to the wall there is no toilet paper holders. You cannot open the door to the bathroom if someone else is in there. The floor was disgusting we had to clean the room before we sat anything down. The fridge had old rotten food in the freezer that smelled horrible. I would choose a different optuon if you are teaviling as a family or like a more luxurious accomodation."

"Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever laid on! Springs popping up! No rest, very painful! There is a bar connected to the hotel. LOUD live band playing right next to the check in desk. Staff checking us in spoke very softly, with a live band playing and singing. Had to ask her about 10 times to speak up because we couldn’t hear her. The obnoxious drunks outside our room at 3am were a treat too! NEVER AGAIN!!!! "
