“Couldn’t say much about cleanliness and amenities since I got stopped at the front desk after booking that I could not stay since my dog’s “breed” was “not accepted”. Never has this been an issue at any other hotel. Can say I’ll never book with Candlewood suite again. I suggest Candlewood Suites to update their policies especially on Expedia, don’t state you’re pet friendly when you’re truly not.”

“Elevator is little slow”

“Iwe found ants in the bed, no cold water in the shower and the hot water was hot that it can burn your skin.”

“The room carpet has bad odors, the telephone system between room did not work, I couldn't call another room in the hotel, and when I asked if they could solve the problem no one was able to help. Breakfast is included but the the items are so minimal - they always run out so fast and you have to keep waiting for replenishments.”

“I was not aware they would be under construction. None of the amenities were available. Not a great experience.”
