“Walls are on the thinner side. Could hear people above us and around us. Employees working the counter were very nice.”

“The room carpet has bad odors, the telephone system between room did not work, I couldn't call another room in the hotel, and when I asked if they could solve the problem no one was able to help. Breakfast is included but the the items are so minimal - they always run out so fast and you have to keep waiting for replenishments.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was fast and early. The only thing to complain about was breakfast. Few healthy options and I didn't like that the plates, silverware, etc were throw away. To be more sustainable, real dishes would be less wasteful.”

“Even tho this hotel was being renovated, that's no excuse for the condition of my room - an unhealthy, horrible mess. My room's "new" lvm flooring was covered with debris. It had not been vacuumed. The worst of it was the BED BUGS AND LICE in the bedding and all over the mattress fabric. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car instead! It's not worth it.”
