Friendly staff, clean rooms and linens, comfortable bads. I like seeing that, though it is dated, there are updates and improvements being made. We didn't get to use the pool or hottub but, i like that is is available and wont book with a hotel that does not have these amenities.

Monica at the front desk was fantastic! She helped with many questions we had and really seemed to go above and beyond in makikg sure we had a good stay. I observed her doing similar with other guests. Hotel was very clean and had a new feel to it. Airport shuttle was very convenient and efficient.

Absolutely the best ! Doing business in Portland and tried a few 3-4 different hotels. By far Casco Bay has been the best. Staff phenomenal! Never arrived without greeting and ask if we needed anything. Room comfortable with large bathroom and shower. Breakfast was way more than expected. Bread , pastry , eggs, meat , waffles. All hot and great. This will be my place in Portland from now on. Thanks to the entire staff. Great experience. 20 out of 10 :)

The manager of this hotel was outstanding. He went out of his way to make sure myself and our friends enjoyed our stay. We will be back for sure. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We just wanted to have a relaxing family getaway and this hotel served just right!
One bedroom suite with a full kitchen (including fridge, microwave and utensils) was awesome. Everything in the room was awesome.
Kids of course loved the pool and hot spa. And a nice complimentary breakfast was a perfect icing on the cake. And all this, at a great price!
