Walking up to apt b in the back I was very worried about what inside was going to be. As I entered the back porch you could smell cat urine or mold not sure what smell it was. Inside was clean but still had a lingering smell. The A/C was not on and it was almost 109 degrees outside. I tried to get A/C working and was informed to turn fan on. That didn’t work and I then informed them the unit outside was not running. There response was “Please swtich the "Fan Button" to On and you may also open the window AC 😄”. The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped
