Walking up to apt b in the back I was very worried about what inside was going to be. As I entered the back porch you could smell cat urine or mold not sure what smell it was. It's a great space at a great location at an amazing price. I did not like the very involved check in process (i had a dozen messages), continuous upselling and the surprise $300 security deposit or $50 insurance coverage. Take all that way and i would rave about the place and the deal.
