"Loved my stay here. Very safe , clean, comfortable and just enough for me as a solo traveler. Nearby train stations are about a 12 minute walk away , far in theory but it was nice to walk ! I would stay here again."

"Overall we had a good experience at Arlo. It started out a little rough because the first room we were assigned had springs in the mattress that you could hear and feel when you sat down on it. The staff kindly found us another room. Also, the first room was a city view room which had the bed pushed up against the wall so you couldn’t walk around the bed on both sides. They said that was typical for that type of room. The room they switched us to still had a good city view and you could walk around the bed, which we prefer. Good location, clean, lobby area very nicely decorated."

"Second time stay. Female travelers. Check in takes a bit but everyone was very kind. The hotel had some wear and the remote to our tv was missing. We didn’t feel like asking for one tho I’m sure we would have gotten one. Overall, great place for a great price, with a short walk from Penn Station and Times Square"

"The property was well maintained. The room layout was difficult to navigate given the space, but that’s understandable for the area. Hotel is geared to a much younger clientele."

"The room was clean and comfortable, the washroom was a bit on the small side but functional. Stayed on a higher floor and heard some noise from passerby’s but not to bad. Had cold water at night for a shower and nothing could be done but to wait. All in all pretty great experience because of how close it was to everything."
