“This hotel was an excellent place to stay in Wells - super convenient location in town with great cathedral view. Room was comfortable with nice touches. Staff was very kind. The breakfast was also a highlight that I would recommend, the breakfast chef does an excellent job and it is a great spread!”

Comfortable bed and new, good quality bedding. Plenty of drawers and hanging space. Sofa and desk for daily activities. Tha bathroom had the best walk in shower setting we have seen so far! Great pub with excellent food and drinks selection. But what it made it really special was the staff, customer service was really excellent, and……
