“The young lady at the check in was very nice and courteous, and there were cute Halloween decorations in the lobby. That is my only good thing about this hotel. When you walk into the hotel it had an odor of stale cigarettes. Not a good start. We get to the room and the cleaning people left the vacuum and cleaning supplies in room. And again the room smelled like stale cigarettes. The room was not what it looked like on the website. We did get moved to a new room but when we got moved to the……
