I decided on Whitby and booked with expeadia ..Unfortunately a double deluxe room.. Garden view was reserved for me which i have proof that this was booked via email but last minute on the day of arrival I was told that i was going to go into Wainwright and that a host will be there on arrival before 9 pm .. We arrived……

“Lovely little property close to the town and opposite the water. Steep steps lead up to the entrance but once inside the property has everything you need. Large sofa, small table for 4 and kitchen with facilities. Would consider staying again in the future ”

“Absolutely lovely cottage, clean, cosy and in the perfect location. We have had a great time. Very steep stairs inside the property and a fairly short bed so if you are super tall with mobility problems it might be difficult but for us it was perfect.”

“Fletcher's Rest was a lovely spot to stay. We really loved having a whole home to ourselves. Our host was very thoughtful and her communication was excellent. Fletcher's Rest is in an excellent location and we were easily able to walk into town. The only, minor drawback was that the duvet was a bit too small for the bed and didn't provide much cover when you rolled over, also, more than four cups, spoons, bowls, etc would be nice for a family of four so you aren't always needing to clean……
