Garden view was reserved for me which i have proof that this was booked via email but last minute on the day of arrival I was told that i was going to go into Wainwright and that a host will be there on arrival before 9 pm .. We arrived……

“Dry Dock Cottage has a modern, clean interior, is very well furnished with all you need for a very comfortable stay, a nice property, however, be aware that the two flights of stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow and as with most of Whitby parking is at a premium, the closest we could get was a 20 minute walk away”

“A great place to stay, we occupied the second floor (flat 1) which was well presented, it is an old building where I believe the owners live on the ground floor and let out the other floors. Only issue that needs adding to the directions is that access is from Walker street at the back of the residence as well as the parking, it took quite a while to work this out as only a postcode is given”
