"This location is tucked in to McKinleyville, and is spacious, clean, and quiet. It is located on the same property as the owners but that was no problem for me and my family. Also the driveway gets muddy when it rains, but otherwise the pace was great. Well equipped, clean, and cozy. Would stay again."

"We had an absolute wonderful stay. The place was brand new. I believe we were the second people to stay there. They built the place themselves and did an amazing job! It's a simple smaller place, yet felt huge inside and a lot of room. All the appliances and fixtures were upscale, including the cabinets and shower. "Our stay was so fun! There was room for everyone and the house is quirky-cool and comfy. We loved walking around the neighbourhood. We saw goats! chickens! Red lizards! Friendly, fluffy doggos. Everything we needed for cooking was available. The beds are cozy and the shower on the bottom floor is the bee's knees. Best. Shower. Ever."

"Home is beautiful, with high end furnishings and appliances. The game/exercise room is wonderful. Beds are comfortable, pillows not so much, but we took our own. The home was centrally located, so it was easy to go and do what we wanted, seeing the sights and the beach. We would definitely go back!"

"Very clean and beautiful structure. The pictures on the site make you think you will have a river view and maybe even be able to walk out to the river. That is not real. It’s a short hike or a drive to the river. Not a huge deal but we were a bit surprised. The fireplace smokes up the entire home. We turned off the the heat and it still did it. Fireplace is beautiful and heated the room but smoke was everywhere!!! Other than that, I would stay there again!"

"I liked the quiet neighborhood. Parking was a little tight and had to back out of a fairly steep driveway onto the main road, but there was little traffic so not too bad. Beds were comfortable. My biggest concern was finding hairs and a small piece of a soap bar on the upstairs shower floor. The shower was obviously not cleaned properly, if at all. That was gross!"
