"The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place"

"When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold. "Great location easy walk to the beach. The house is ok does need a little work as windows are single pane and most don’t have screens so if windows were opened we dealt with a lot of gnats. You could hear a lot of street noise and you can hear the people above just walking around, showering or if they were talking loudly. Also there are enough places settings for four people but dishwasher was easy enough to use to keep up with clean dishes. Shower doors don’t seem to stay closed and one of the...
