"The location is perfect for shopping, hospital and restaurants. Room with the balcony did not disappoint, beautiful view of Lake Michigan and Harbor Springs. Would definitely recommend. "

"Very clean property. Excellent staff. Good parking. Plenty of stores nearby if you need something. City has many quaint qualities whether it be shopping or restaurants. Otsego/Hidden Valley is a must see/do. Tip-make sure you are on the top/3rd floor so you don’t experience the only downside hearing the people above you."

"The spa has not been updated in more than 30 years.was the last time we visited there. Looks like mold on the ceilings and pool areas need major updates. Rooms were pretty clean"
