Their proximity to the ski lifts, bus transit center and airport along with their impeccable service and great food made our ski trip. Will definitely stay here again! "

"Cleaning staff is untrustworthy and took my Victoria’s Secret leggings. I talked to front desk several times and got no help except from the gentleman who works the front desk. I wish I knew his name but he was the only person who tried to assist and would contact me with follow ups. The “cleaning manager” ignored my calls and everyone else would say, oh I’ll call you later, and never did. The young guy who works at the front desk should be promoted, he’s the only person who cares about guests here. I give him 5 stars and the rest of the staff & stay 1 star. The bed was also 5 ft high! It was so uncomfortable and high up, it was insane. "
