“Room smelled like smoke, door lock didnt work”

“No pool even though advertised - under “construction”. Room condition was poor, hallways smelled, and the hotel is directly by a truck stop so there were loud semi truck engines all night. No kids programming available on the tv either. I would have left as soon as we checked in and saw no pool, but couldn’t get a refund. ”

“We were extremely satisfied with our visit to the Hatteras Hideaway! It was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with extra bedding, towels and even a cute coffee bar. The apartment was decorated for the holidays and made it even cozier. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”
