“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“We did not use the pool. Our room was generally clean, although the floor in the bathroom and the corners were not spotless. Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfortable and breakfast and the evening's food were tasty and adequate for a couple or a family, and most welcome on a rainy night; there was no need to go out. ”
