“Friendly Staff. Room was clean. Spa bath was wonderful and relaxing. Shower leaked onto floor required multiple towels to prevent slip hazards. ”

My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry”

“I was pleasantly surprised when we entered. It was clean and had a large, open living and dining area. The shower head was lovely and big (great pressure) however, the bathroom was a little dated. The main bedroom was lovely and bright however, the other room had no windows to open and it was a very hot day (over 45 degrees), the powerpoints didn't work in that room either. The fact that it was pet friendly meant the whole family got to enjoy the long weekend together. “Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. ”

“The location is good as it is the middle way between Sydney city center and the Australia Walkabout Wildlife Park & Australian Reptile Park. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room rate is reasonable. WIFI and overnight parking is free. Recommend it!”
