Small hotel, fantastic location and very helpful staff. Rooms are small but we'll maintained. Coffee / tea provided. The hotel does not have amenities other than a bar/ restaurant. Also, it is located on a busy CBD street so it is , naturally, a bit noisy.

Awful property. Avoid the pain and do not stay here. Key lockbox is on a different street to the property, inconvenient. The listing says no lift, but does not mention it's up 3 flights of stairs - challenging with heavy luggage on my own. The hot water from the shower did not work all the time - during Sydney winter this was a horrible experience. The sheets and bedding, and general furniture was not clean . When i reported this, it started a cycle of daily maintenance visits, scheduling these visits, having to leave the key in the lockbox on a different street daily for the maintenance people and then having to collect it again. The hot water never got fixed during my stay. I asked for a refund so I could move to another property and they refused. So I ended up having to shower at my friend's house and then just sleep here. Bad location, on a main road so you hear the cars and trucks all night..Right in front of Harry's cafe so you hear the people there all night too. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

Pros: Great location. Close to stations and shops. Staff friendly and helpful. Cons: can hear street noise even on the 7th floor. Beds could have been abit more comfortable. Had a leak in the bathroom that they attempted to fix but was not resolved. We ended up just placing a towel to avoid potential slipping hazard.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room and property were clean, it was quiet for the most part - we can’t control our hotel neighbors lol, but overall it was exactly what I would’ve liked at a hotel. The buffet breakfast was worth it. The location was excellent for lots of travel options. Very walkable to most places.
