“This rental is the real deal. We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and couldn't have been happier with our experience.The location is fantastic—close enough to walk to downtown, the farmers market, river walk and the tram, which can take you all the way to The Plaza, WW1 museum, or over to the women's soccer stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. (There are sirens at night.) We never had any concerns walking to and from our destinations.The home itself is beautifully...

“We really liked this rental for several reasons. It’s nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Clean & comfortable. Only negatives were that after we checked in, the manager advised that the dryer wasn’t working and would not be repaired until next week. (& the dryer was full of a large load of linens). Also, the speaker on the LR TV is no good. We had to use closed caption But, when these matters are remedied, I would rent again. ”

The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. ”

“This was the perfect retreat for our annual retreat of rapidly aging hometown friends. The location to great bars and restaurants is perfect, the interior is spacious, decor is vibrant and playful, and the balcony connects everything together. I was appreciative of the great customer service and communication with the property owners as well. We will be sure to think of this location next time!”
