“The room had an odor upon entering. The bed had dirty sheets upon arriving. When we asked to have them changed, room service (not housekeeping) removed the sheets to expose bodily fluid on the mattress cover that was different from the sheet filth that was never attempted to be cleaned. The cover was removed and there were other separate bodily fluid on the mattress. These fluids were never attempted to be cleaned they were crusted over. The room service gentleman was disgusted and embarrassed.……

“The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”
