“Love this hotel its really nice.chef had to come and kick the bathroom door in as the lock jammed and my partner was stuck in there a hour but thats no reflection on the hotel.the one thing that disturbed me was i booked a double room it was a twin when i got in they swiftly changed it to a double i knew this as id extended my stay and theyd kindly not turfed me out at 11 to come back in at 3 but on the last night the double mattress had been changed to 2 single mattresses which is not right……

“酒店大堂看似有點舊，有點髒，但房間內的牀單被舖卻很整潔。酒店有點偏遠，要走長長的斜路上坡下坡。如果駕駛就沒關係了。但酒店外環境美麗，可遠眺海景，常見海鷗飛翔，因位處於高地，似與天空連接在一起。酒店外有些外賣小店供應印度、中國等菜色。”

“The setting is a lovely village green, a great place to try out the various ales on tap. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Although we found the beds uncomfortable. Breakfast is recommended especially at £7.50 per head, per morning (if you pay upfront). Although there are items missing that were on the online menu, everyone including me kept asking for the pancakes! Would highly recommend, as long as you can stomach the usual noise associated with a pub and unsupportive……

“Cleaning, customer services, comfort, all 10/10 I stayed in room 26 for a night with my sister, we had an amazing experience. Beds are clean, bathroom shiny clean, receptionists were very helpful and polite. “Stayed in cabin 3, and despite reading some recent negative reviews, we were very happy with the room. It was clean, well stocked and the view over the lake in the morning was amazing. Breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. Our only small gripe was the beds weren’t particularly comfortable. Mattresses are subjective and we were only there 1 night. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay there again. It’s also only 25 minutes from Cardiff centre. ”
