"The whole experience was fantastic from the point we were picked up at the train station to the time we checked out. I was so impressed with the staff at the bar, reception desk, and the taxi driver and the breakfast lounge. We were treated like king and queen. So happy we stayed here. Great staff"

"Exceptionally courteous, attentive and friendly staff starting with the front desk staff, to room attendants to servers during breakfast. Everyone aimed to please and that’s exactly why I came back a second time to this hotel. The location is a short walk from the train station and nearby many restaurants and of course - shops!"

"Reminded that Zermatt hotels cannot have air-conditioning installed. Climate change has made early autumn hot. We had to leave windows and patio door open to ventilate the room. Not helpful if room is close to people and vehicles passing by."
