“It was rated a 9.2 on Expedia and in my opinion it was not even close to that -apparently "bots" do the ratings. Just walking down the hallway to my room the place smelled really bad. The room had cobwebs in the corner of the room with spiders and dead insects just hanging there. Woke up in the middle of the night and had to flick off a big bug from the bed. The towels had "yellow" stains on them. I've stayed at a lot of places and it by far is no where near a 9.2.”

“This was an OK stay for us felt as though the staff was a little helpful. I asked for early check-in, which cannot be accommodated and I understand it is not guaranteed but when we got to the room, we were in quite a rush and we’re missing a few items that we needed to go down to the lobby to get there’s a few places where the carpet is coming up and it makes it look just a little dingy -fine for a cheap night stay though”

“I arrived a little after midnight. The staff was very helpful and checked us in quickly. The 2 bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and hot. Didn't get a chance to check out the amenities, spent 2 days at Hershey Park. One day at amusement park and the next day at the water park. Kids enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.”
