“I called several times to inform the hotel that I would be there for my reservation but I would be late check in and then my flight was delayed so I called again to confirm I would still be there but around 2 am and they assured me several times that it was ok. “The booking photos are misleading. The photos on Expedia seemed to portray a full kitchen and a couch. When traveling with 5 people. Room with 2 queens and a sofa works. But that’s not what we got.
